The University of Santo Tomas, through the Office of Alumni Relations, proudly announces the much-anticipated Rector's Cup 7: Thomasian High School and Inter-Collegiate Alumni Golf Tournament, scheduled to take place on July 7, 2025 at the Forest Hills Golf and Country Club in Antipolo, Rizal.

Now in its seventh edition, the Rector's Cup continues its tradition of fostering camaraderie and sportsmanship among Thomasian alumni, while rallying support for the benefit of student-athletes. This year's momentous event highlights UST's hosting of the upcoming season of the premier collegiate league, the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) games.

Reigning champions from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery will defend their title against a spirited roster of competitors in what promises to be a thrilling day of golf and fellowship.

This year's tournament gathers department and college-based alumni teams from the College of Accountancy, College of Architecture, Faculty of Arts and Letters, Faculty of Civil Law, College of Commerce & Business Administration, Faculty of Engineering, Junior High School, Faculty of Medicine & Surgery, Faculty of Pharmacy and College of Science.

The 2025 edition is made possible through the generous support of DivinaLaw as the major sponsor, along with the in-kind sponsors including Koten, PICKUP COFFEE, RCBC Timog Business Center, Pacific Paint (BOYSEN) Philippines, Inc., Accel Peak Logistics Solutions, Inc., Commerce Asia, Inc., Prime Power Energie Systems, Inc., Geanaus Systems Corp., Prestige Golf Access & Clubshares, Inc., and Obach Solutions Corp.

Golfers will also vie for hole-in-one prizes sponsored by GetGo, Chery, Lynk & Co, and Texin Inc.

The Rector's Cup alumni golf tournament began in 2016 at the Tagaytay Midlands Golf Course, with the coveted glass championship trophy sculpted by world-renowned Thomasian artist, Ar. Ramon G. Orlina. The success of the first tournament was then followed by installments annually to sustain support for the athletes. As aligned with the University's hosting of the UAAP Season, which bears the theme "Strength in Motion, Hope in Action", this event exemplifies how the alumni community moves with purpose, driven by the Thomasian core values, and united to support future champions.
